Min. GPA
Our experience with this partner is that they are not able to accept students with a GPA below 7 (Danish grading scale) . If your GPA does not meet this requirement, you will therefore not be able to be selected for this partner. For a more realistic GPA cut, we refer to the min. expected GPA above.

Course Restrictions
Undergraduate students are allowed to take courses at graduate level. Upon approval, students may take courses across schools and departments as long as the course credits taken are less than 8 credit points. 

Courses of Special Programs in English are not open to exchange students. Courses hosted by Academy of Arts and Design and Physical training courses are not open either. Some other programs may be restricted to exchange students too. Its availability is subject to the real situation.  

Brief Description
Tsinghua University was established in 1911. Since China opened up to the world in 1978, Tsinghua University has developed at a breathtaking pace into a comprehensive research university. At present, the university has 14 schools and 56 departments with faculties in science, engineering, humanities, law, medicine, history, philosophy, economics, management, education and art. The University has now over 25,900 students, including 13,100 undergraduates and 12,800 graduate students.

Academic Strengths
If not the best, then one of China's absolute best and most pretigious universities, and considered one of Asia's best universities within many engineering disciplines.

Student Life
Tsinghua University has a lot of activities for students outside of class. In total there are 263 registered student activities on campus, which belongs to categories such as culture, sports, arts and so forth. Housing
The Zijing International Student Apartments of Tsinghua University provide three types of dormitory rooms to the international students: single room, AB room and double room. The number of on-campus apartment rooms is limited and, therefore, it is not possible to meet the demands of all students, who wants to live on campus. For more information pleasee see: Housing & Dining-Tsinghua University

Programmes and courses
In principle, DTU students have access to courses from all relevant schools and departments (except those mentioned below under restrictions) at Tsinghua University, including School of Aerospace Engineering; School of Architecture; School of Civil Engineering; School of Environment; School of Information Science and Technology; School of Materials Science and Engineering; School of Mechanical Engineering; School of Sciences, etc.) For a complete list, please see Schools and Departments: Schools & Departments-Tsinghua University

The course in English differ significantly between the different schools and departments. Some offer very few courses in English while others offer a relatively large amount. Only the students, who have finished the registration at Tsinghua, can get the quite detailed courses information when logged in the on-campus academic system with username and password.
The academic office of the departments/schools possesses the most detailed information of the course. The student may search the website of the departments/schools which offer the courses he/she wants to take and contact the academic offices for detailed information needed.
